What We Have: Bearly Worn offers a variety of shoes and clothing for newborns to size 7. Children's toys, puzzles, baby gear such as strollers, baby carriers, swings and bassinets, nursery furniture, baby bottles, and bedding are also available. New brands we offer: HABA German Games, ERGO, Melissa & Doug Art Supplies and Puzzles, Jack & Lily Shoes. We have year-round great deals on seasonal items from snow clothes to swimwear. Bearly Worn can accept VISA, Mastercard, and cash for purchases. Exchanges or store-credit for returns made within 14 days with receipt.

Bearly Worn's hours may vary due to fevers, school schedules, carpool changes, and automobile temper tantrums. We leave current hours on our answering machine, noting when changes arise.

Driving South on Hwy 1: Take the first Pacifica exit. (Palmetto Ave./ Manor District). Turn right on West Manor. Bearly Worn is on the right, located across from the Post Office, and two doors East of Chit Chat Cafe. Our Cross street is Esplanade Ave.

Driving North on Hwy 1: Take the Manor Dr./ Monterey Rd. exit toward Oceana Blvd. Turn left on Oceana Blvd. Turn left on Manor Drive. Proceed, Manor becomes West Manor. Bearly Worn is on the right, located across from the Post Office, and two doors East of Chit Chat Cafe. Our cross street is Esplanade Ave.

Via SamTrans: Bearly Worn is close to Pacific Manor Shopping District transit stops, serviced by SamTrans 110, 140, and 16.

POLICIES
Not able to accept more inventory at this time. We will begin taking appointments July 14. Please check back with us to schedule an appointment during the second week of July. Please CALL to verify that we can accept your items before coming to us. DROP-INs NOT ACCEPTED. Some days we are not able to buy. We accept APPOINTMENTS most weekdays and Saturdays, usually between 12-3:00pm. At this time, we are not accepting winter coats, Halloween/Christmas clothing, or turtlenecks. We are still accepting pullovers and long sleeve tops, in addition to summer items. All furniture, strollers, and most equipment is placed on consignment: Consignment is 40% paid upon sale of item.

We offer 30% cash or 50% in store credit for your items; please note that we are not always able to purchase your items for cash- you may be mailed a check. Our selling price is based upon season and demand.

CLOTHING should be neatly folded and contain NO STAINS, pet hair and odors. Must have working zippers and buttons. We can look at up to 2 grocery bags/1 storage bin of folded clothing per visit. NO TRASH BAGS. We accept clothing size Newborn/Preemie to children's size 7. We select SHOES with clean soles, unworn heels, and no/minimal scuffing. Electronic TOYS and EQUIPMENT must in working condition with operational BATTERIES. Please wipe down high chairs and toys; processing fees will be deducted for assembly, cleaning, or batteries.

FURNITURE and equipment must be assembled and able to fit through our doors. We pay close attention to stability, safety, and cleanliness. Recalls for equipment can be checked online at www.cpsc.gov

DONATIONS: We will accept donations on a review basis. DO NOT LEAVE BAGS OUTSIDE THE DOOR, it bugs the landlord. Many "donated" items are not appropriate due to safety recalls, cleanliness, or sizing. You have the option to donate any clothing we aren't able to accept to the variety of organizations that come to us, including women's shelters, public hospitals, etc.

We are a local family who first learned of children's consignment stores when raising children in San Francisco. Our store's child-friendly environment, our affinity for recycling/resale, and our commitment to the community are the key factors that keep our hearts in what we do. Our lives are touched daily by people like you, who want an affordable and earth-friendly way to raise their children. We may not seem like the typical business since we employ local parents who bring their kids to work!
